Fleet Management

Kyocera Control does not contain its own fleet management, but a connection to the fleet management KYOcontrol Fleet can be established using the FleetcomService. In addition, the settings dialogs of KYOcontrol Fleet can be displayed in the web administration of Kyocera Control. A unique feature is that it is possible to save locations in the fleet management and edit them from within Kyocera Control (no double maintenance is necessary), see also Locations. To set up fleet management, proceed as follows.

As soon as the fleet management is set up, the menu items under Advanced appear in the Fleet Management menu. The original dialogs of KYOcontrol Fleet are displayed under Advanced. Here you can make all settings or view device data. The login to KYOcontrol Fleet takes place automatically (login data not required).

In addition, the device list contains information that originates from the fleet management, see Device List.

In order to use the Message Center on the device for messages from KYOcontrol Fleet, you need a license option from KYOcontrol Fleet.
